We aim to ship our soles straight to your door within 24 hours of receiving your order when your order is placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) . We pride ourselves on getting our products to you as quickly as we can. We use Royal Mail to ship our products within the UK and Worldwide.
PARCEL TRACKING - If you would like to track your parcel with a tracking number please ensure that you select 'Registered Post' at check out and you will be provided with an online tracking number.
1ST CLASS POST - If you select 1st Class Post you will receive an 8 digit code to confirm your parcel has been sent. This is not a tracking number and you will not be able to track your parcel with this number.
WITHIN THE UK
1st Class Royal Mail
Your parcel will be sent by 1st Class Post within 24 hours of receiving your order when your order is placed on a business day (Monday to Friday). 1st Class Post means that your order is delivered on the next day after it is sent within the UK.
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a certificate of posting number (containing 8 characters) which is to confirm that your parcel has been sent. This is not a tracking number.

1st Class Royal Mail Registered Post
Your parcel will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Registered Post. Registered Post means that your parcel has been registered at the Post Office and you can track the parcel online until it is delivered to you. 1st Class Post means that your order is delivered on the next day after it is sent within the UK.
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a 13 digit code to confirm shipment. You can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com and will have to sign for your parcel on delivery.
OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Your parcel will be sent by 1st class post within 24 hours of receiving your order when your order is placed on a business day (Monday to Friday). 1st Class Post is the quickest way to post a standard parcel in the UK. The parcel will be sent the same day it is received by Royal Mail.
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a certificate of posting number (containing 8 characters) which is to confirm that your parcel has been sent. This is not a tracking number.

For estimated delivery times you can check the Royal Mail delivery times at www.royalmail.com.
If you live in the following countries the normal delivery times are - to Australia (5 working days), USA & Canada (5 working days), Europe (3 working days), Asia (7 working days) and for other countries between 3 - 7 working days. These are the guidelines provided by Royal Mail. Actual delivery times can take up to 3 weeks outside of the UK.
